• Business Information: Company name and domain.
• Admin Information: Email addresses of administrators who manage sync preferences.

b. Information We Process (But Do Not Store)

• Conversation Data: Messages from Slack and Intercom (including content) are processed in real-time to facilitate syncing but are not stored.
• Non-PII Data: Slack thread IDs and Intercom conversation IDs are collected to manage synchronization.

c. Third-Party Services

We use:

• June.so for product analytics
• Stripe for payment processing
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for hosting
• Supabase for database management
• Slack and Intercom APIs for integration

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provision and manage your account
• To enable and improve the sync functionality
• To provide customer support
• To analyze usage trends (via June.so)
• To process payments (via Stripe)
