Shrew provides an integration between Intercom and Slack to sync customer conversations and tickets.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate business and admin information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Payment and Subscription

• Shrew offers sales-led trials; continued use requires a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

• Shrew processes but does not store Intercom and Slack messages.
• We comply with applicable data protection laws.

5. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer or misuse the service.
• Unauthorized access or use of our platform is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

• Shrew is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
